Philip Collings is the Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer to Sonning Common Parish Council and the first point of contact for all services.

The Clerk is supported by two Deputy Clerks:

Ros Varnes (Planning and Neighbourhood Development Plan)

Becky Jenkins (Play Areas, Village Halls, Youth Club, Grants)

Mark Weston and Tony Parisi keep the village clean and tidy.

The Youth Club is run by Sunny Smithers, Lee Bishop and Jolene Cherowbrier.

Village Hall bookings are run by Megan Short.
